Job Description

This position requires a motivated, organised and pro-active employee able to work as part of a team or individually.  The ideal candidate will have a good working knowledge of MS Office, strong admin skills and a flexible approach to tasks and working hours as managing shift workers can dictate unsociable contract maintenance hours. 

A competitive, “can do” attitude coupled with the ability to think fast and problem solve will ensure good prospects in this interesting and varied role at a forward thinking company.  

Duties for this role will include:

* Candidate Registration and interviewing

* Candidate selection for vacancies

* Update of in-house database for Client & Employee Records

* Staff inductions on and off site

* CV Management

* Recruitment marketing

* Research into leads and sales opportunities

* Attendance monitoring

* Client Quality Feedback

* Cover for 24hr support phone when required

* General administration where required

* Tasks delegated by the Senior Sales and Sales Support to assist contract  management.

* Full driving licence essential
