Regional Sales Manager
on Nov 15 in Engineering Job Vacancies by LindaOur prestigious client, an engineering company is looking to recruit a Regional Sales Manager. You will have excellent management skills and a proven ability to motivate sales personnel. You must be able to work closely with operations team members to meet sales and booking objectives.
As a Regional Sales Manager your main responsabilities will involve:
- Planning controlling and implemeting activities of subordinates to ensure profitability of existing business.
- Management of the regional sales team including performance appraisals and salary planning
- Plan and allocate resources focusing on direction and quality of the sales interaction
- Provide management support ad leadership fir the settling of custoer disputes
- Work closely with the operations organisations to maximise sales
- Lead the local sales team in Process Improvement initiatives and actively participate in all PI teams within the region
Skills and Qualifications:
- Bachelor degree or equivalent experience in Engineer with strong understading of services for technical products
- Severals years of technical sales experience with turbomachinary in the refining, petrochemical, power or related markets/industry
- Thorough knowledge and experience with the sales and sales management process
- Proven track record of successful sales team leadership
- Familiar with the aftermarket sales process

Base location:
Location will depend on country of residence. Extensive travel is required within Europe and Russia
