What does it mean?
Corporate Social Responsibility is defined as “A company’s sense of responsibility towards the community and environment (both ecological and social) in which it operates.”

Put simply, it is a company’s awareness of their impact on the world around them. This can include measures such as waste or pollution reduction in manufacturing, contribution to educational or social programs or charitable ventures.

How do we do it?
Since the beginning of Gravity Personnel in 1983, the Partners have been dedicated to the community around us. Whether donating to individuals in need in Reading or supporting organisations such as ABF The Soldier’s Charity, The Gurkha’s Welfare Trust or Berkshire Air Ambulance, Gravity Personnel has always given back to those around us.
