This role is based in Berkshire and is Monday to Friday 8am to 4.30pm with 30mins for lunch.

Suitable candidates will be required to deliver items to site, unpackage the items and record what they have delivered. As well as delivering items you will also be required to collect items from site this will require checking the correct items are in place and wrapping them correctly so they are not damaged during transportation. The main focus of the role requires you to be the primary point of contact for customers, and responsible for the proactive growth of account revenue. This will be achieved by developing and implementing new initiatives and increasing awareness of services and solutions within existing accounts to achieve Company sales objectives, and by following up all account development opportunities within the EMEA region. You will also be required to support the preparation, submission and follow up of bids, quotations, and proposals to secure new opportunities for the Company, ensure a regular level of account reviews are maintained, and prepare and maintain detailed monthly records/forecasts of account activities.

To ensure this, you must be able to build and maintain strong client relationships through regular close contact account management, which will include regular face to face meetings to ensure consistent high levels of service and communication.

You will ideally have a proven track record in the following areas:

•           Maintaining and developing accounts within appropriate market sectors.

•           Presenting service levels and account performance.

•           A proactive approach to issue resolution.

•           Key contact relationship management.

•           Dedicated commitment to teamwork and account results.

You must be self-motivated, innovative, highly focused, proactive and driven, with excellent commercial flair and strong social and networking skills, and relish the challenge of attaining and surpassing set goals, target revenue and KPIs.
