We are looking for assembly operatives to assist with making bespoke packaging solutions. The successful candidate will be able to:

Read technical drawings
Operate hand tools
Be comfortable with power tools
Have excellent attention to detail

Having own transport is an advantage due to the location. Shifts vary between 07.00-17.00 with potential for overtime. Rates are from £6.25-£7.00 per hour.

Customer Service / Administrator

Our prestigious client based in Reading is looking to recruit a Customer Service/ Administrator on an an-going basis. There are elements of the role in which training will be provided but a good telephone manner and computer literacy are crucial. Our client is based in the Motor Industry and is a high end brand so a professional manner is essential.

The key aspects to the role will be:

Answering the phones within the service department (this could means taking a booking or an enquiry).
If you take a booking you will be required to enter this onto the companies computer systems (training will be provided).
Making outgoing calls to gain customer feedback on how they found their service.
Preparation of Job Cards (training will be provided)
Filing and other ad-hoc duties.

The role will be Monday-Friday 8:30am-5:30pm paying £7.50 an hour and will be on an on-going basis and could lead to a permanent role for the right candidate.

Warehouse Operatives

We are now seeking to recruit skilled warehouse operatives. The warehouse operatives picker and packers work with her/his team and uses good knowledge and training to optimise the goods flow operations in the distribution centre.

Suitable candidates will be required to pick, pack and scan as well carrying out general ad-hoc warehouse duties. It will be beneficial but not essential to have had at least one year warehouse experience and be familiar with picking. The working environment is fast paced.

Tooling Manager/ Engineer-Plastic Injection Moulding

We are looking to recruit a Tooling Manager/Engineer-Plastic Injection Moulding. You will be working for a company which specialises in automotive mechanical engineering. The successful candidate will be suporting the purchasing team with tool specification and technical analysis; will lead the supply of information to support supplier decision making processes for tooling.

Skills:

Understanding of mechanical design, APQP, business principles and program management
Professionally trained Engineer
Extensive knowledge of injection mould tooling, toolmaking and mould process
Understanding of manufacturing techniques, lean, DFM and the overall production model
Experience of full service supply-DFMEA, PFMEA,PPAP
Knowledge of customer processes and cos presentation/analysis systems
Proficient in the use of PC, basic office suit in particular MS Project, Power Point ad Excel, and Internet based applications
Flexible in time when necessary and ability to deal with cultures outside the UK
Occasional European and International travel

Experience:

Minimum 5 years experience in injection mould process and optimisation ot tool making
Proven track record in similar projects position, with particular emphasis on Automotive or High volume technically complex moulding environment
Detailed knowledge of PPAP and new model launch control systems

Qualification:

HNC in engineering, BPTA or IMT level 3 NVQ

Sales Engineer

Our client is seeking a Sales Engineer. You need to have strong applications bias with a proven sales record within the engineer industry (preferable metrology) or applications/sales support engineer wanting to move into a field sales role.

Landfall Engineer

We are looking for a Landfall Project/Designer Engineer to look after the landfall as a package of work and interfacing with the installation contractor in managing the delivery. The Landfall Engineer would be responsible for overseeing and assuring the design of the landfall by the installation contractor. The Landfall Design Engineer must have relevant experience in the design of cofferdams and other temporary structures and must be familiar with structural design codes as applicable to the landfall engineering scope. The primary role of the Senior Reliability Engineer will be to manage our clients Reliability Process according to their Corporate Reliability Specific Engineering Practices, and through this process to identify and manage the project assets reliability that could adversely affect plant or business operations.

In this effort, the main objectives include Reliability Planning and task execution, according to defined reliability risk management principles.
