We are currently looking for an Admin/ Accounts Assistant to join our well-established client on a temp to perm basis in Reading, Berkshire.

Key Responsibilities:
– Inputting invoices
– Dealing with any invoice queries
– Processing invoice payments
– Assisting the finance team with all other areas of administration

Key Skills & Experience:
– Previous experience of working in a similar role
– Excellent IT & MS Office skills (Word, Excel, Outlook)
– Confident telephone manner
– Excellent attention to detail skills
– Excellent time management and organisational skills

The working hours are 9:00-17:00 Monday to Friday.

The pay rate is £9-£10/hour depending upon experience.
