Overview

The Purpose of this role is to support our clients manufacturing processes to achieve world class levels of operational efficiency, product quality and lowest piece part manufacturing cost.

Reponsibilities

  1. To maintain all production machinery.
  2. To repair production machinery following breakdowns.
  3. To carry out specific process development tasks as/when required.
  4. To support the design, build/modification of new/existing manufacturing equipment as/when required.

Qualification Requirements

  1. A recognised apprenticeship in an engineering or production environment.
  2. Knowledge of Electrical, Pneumatic and Hydraulic systems.
  3. 4 years manufacturing experience.
  4. Experience within a high volume production environment.
  5. Knowledge of computerised diagnosis equipment to maximise production output.
  6. Experience in common PC software packages (Word, Excel, PowerPoint, Lotus Notes, etc.).
