A motivated, organised employee is required to work as part of an existing team in a busy central Reading Recruitment Agency. This contract will run for approximately 9 months between January and October 2020.

The role is focused on resourcing candidates for contract and permanent positions, arranging inductions and providing sales leads to increase business.

The ideal candidate has an excellent customer service attitude, knowledge of MS Office, strong admin skills and a flexible approach to tasks as required.

A confident attitude coupled with the ability to think fast and problem solve will ensure good prospects in this interesting and varied role at a forward thinking company.

Duties for this role will include:

  • Search for candidates using internal database
  • Interviewing and Qualifying Candidates
  • Writing effective online job and web advertisements
  • Searching Job Boards
  • Preparation of CV’s and Candidate Profiles
  • Candidate and Client Interview Management
  • Candidate Referencing
  • Manage website job posting and content
  • Website Applicant Handling
