We are currently looking for Sales & Trade Centre assistant to work for our client in Reading, Berkshire.

Key Responsibilities:

  • Assisting & serving customers who collect goods via the Trade Counter
  • Merchandising, restocking & tidying stock
  • Order picking
  • Daily stock checks
  • Checking off and booking in suppliers orders
  • Cashing up till at the end of each day
  • Delivery driving (3.5T) may occasionally be required
  • Answering the telephone as a back up
  • Entering orders into ERP system

Skills & Experience:

  • Achieve tasks on your own initiative
  • Ability to manage and prioritise workload
  • Communication skills
  • IT competency
  • Current driving license
  • Always prepared to work as an enthusiastic team member
  • Completing task to a high standard
  • Compliance with Company procedures regarding Health & Safety, security & confidentiality

Working hours: 06:30 – 16:30 Monday-Friday

Salary: £22-24k/ annum depending upon experience
