Overview
We are currently looking to recruit for the role of Team Leader/Warehouse Shift Manager to join our client in Didcot, Oxfordshire.
There is an opportunity to gain a permanent contract with our client, following a qualifying period.
Key Responsibilities:
- Day to day management and motivation of the staff allocated to your team
- Overseeing the tasks that your team are given and ensure that everything is carried out in a safe and accurate manner
- Assisting in training of new employees that join your team
- Working closely with other team leaders to ensure that the whole warehouse operation is functioning correctly
- Help to cover the Shift Supervisor when they are on holiday
- Working in chilled environment.
Working hours- Rotating shift pattern
- Week 1: 6am – 2pm
- Week 2: 2pm – 10pm
Salary:£32,000/annum
