Overview
We are currently looking for trainee Workshop Technician to join our clients based in Reading, Berkshire.
Key responsibilities:
- To undertake maintenance, service and repair vehicles to the highest standard within scheduled times.
- Repair, test vehicles and diagnose their faults.
- Keep work areas clean and tidy, organised and safe from hazards to health and safety
- Maintain a professional manner and behaviour.
- Be comfortable working under pressure
- Being able to work with a team
Key skills and experience:
- You have previously graduated with a mechanical/technical qualification
- You are looking to gain skills in this trade
- Willing to learn. Take full advantage of the training giving to you.
- The ability to offer innovative solutions to what is presented.
- Effective communication skills
Shifts:
8am – 5pm Monday to Friday and alternate Saturdays
Shifts & Salary will be discussed during the interview process.
Training will be provided for this role.
