Overview
We are currently looking for Production Operatives to join our dynamic growing client in Swindon, Wiltshire area.
The successful candidate will be responsible for preparing and assembling sports equipment.
Key Responsibilities:
– Assembling sports equipment
– Ensuring all assemblies meet the company’s quality standards
– Reporting and resolving errors
– Meeting predetermined performance targets
– Cleaning and detailing to the quality standard
– Working with other warehouse teams as and when required
Key Skills and Experience:
– Previous experience in machine or workshop environment
– Excellent attention to detail skills
– Ability to work using own initiative as well as part of a team
– Good punctuality and flexibility regarding hours and duties
Shift & Pay rate:
07:30-16:00 – £9.50 per hour increasing to £10 per hour after completing a training.
07:00-15:30 – £9.50 per hour increasing to £10 per hour after completing a training.
With overtime paid at £14.25 per hour for all hours worked over 40hrs.
Monday – Friday with overtime available on the weekends.
Please note that the role is temporary to permanent and can go permanent for the right candidate depending upon the quality of work.
