Right to Work checks are a Home Office process to establish that each candidate is entitled to work in the UK.
At Gravity Personnel, all candidates are registered face to face to check their RTW documentation is a true likeness.
All staff are trained to assess ID validity and how to carry out RTW checking.
Two members of our Administrative Team are employed in the monitoring of ID expiry and contact candidates for progress.
